Pamela launched Gleam Advisory after a 13-year international career in finance and strategy across Europe, Africa, and the USA.
She began her career as an investment banker in the M&A department of Goldman Sachs in London, then advanced to finance high-impact infrastructure projects with the World Bank/IFC in Africa.
She later played a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that drove substantial revenue growth and market expansion for beauty giant L’Oréal in France.
Pamela has served as Chief of Staff for a diverse range of organizations, from SMEs and scale-ups to more established companies, demonstrating her ability to support top decision-makers in various organizational contexts.
Shaped by her background in France and her heritage in Cameroon, Pamela is passionate about women leadership and organizational growth. She is known by clients and colleagues as a trusted advisor with a robust work ethic.
